Cooking Instructions

Defrost First

For best results, defrost the skewers in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

 BBQ or Grill (best result)

Cook over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through.

Pan Fry
Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.

Air Fryer
Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until cooked and lightly browned.

Chef’s Tip

For the best flavour, cook the skewers until lightly charred and serve immediately with warm Aharn Thai Premium Satay Sauce.
